3/4 in x 4 ft x 12 ft USG Sheetrock Brand Mold Tough Ultracode Core Gypsum Panel

Sheetrock® Brand Mold Tough® Ultracode® Core Gypsum Panels (UL Type ULTRACODE) are 3/4 in. moisture- and mold-resistant gypsum panels that can provide 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-hr. fire ratings with fewer layers of gypsum panels than are typically required when used in approved designs. These panels feature a noncombustible, moisture-resistant gypsum core encased in moisture- and mold-resistant, 100% recycled green face and brown back papers. When tested in accordance with ASTM D3273, the panels meet or exceed ASTM C1396 specifications. The panels are UL Classified for fire resistance and can be used in any UL Design in which Type ULTRACODE panels are listed.

Features

• Can achieve a 2-hour fire rating in a single-layer assembly, or a 4-hour fire rating in a double-layer assembly when used with minteral wool insulation in steel-framed walls
• Reduce labor and material costs by using less panels
• Comply with ASTM C1396 specifications for 3/4 in. Type X gypsum wallboard
• When tested in accordance with ASTM D3273, the panels meet or exceed ASTM C1396 specifications
